1. HOW DOES THE GOLFER GET ACCESS TO THEIR PRACTICE SESION?
When the golfer pays his Green Fee at the Pro Shop, he will receive a receipt for his Round of Golf and a Plastic Access Card which allows the golfer a 2-Minute warm-up at the 1st Tee Practice Net. The Golfer sees this offering as a value-add, “not” something he was forced to pay for.
2. HOW MUCH REVENEUE CAN BE GENERATED?
Based on 40,000 rounds played per season at a Golf Course can generate over $60,000 per season.
3. WHY WOULD A GOLF COURSE COINSDIER THE 1ST TEE PRGRAM?
In today's world, Golf Courses are facing the crunch of higher expenses and revenues that are basically stagnant. Unless a Golf Course can generate additional revenues, which are over and above the traditional ways of generating income, they will find themselves in a position where profits will be depleted. In some cases it has resulted in the Golf Courses being SOLD.
Golf Courses are constantly looking for ways to generate revenue. Having the ability to generate $60,000 per season with no costs is a huge premium to the Golf Course and the fact that it is able to provide value-add to the Golf Course as a result is a major bonus.
4. HOW CAN THE GOLF COURSE MONITOR AND ORGANIZE GOLFERS USING THEIR
PRACTICE ROUND?
It will be the responsibility of the STARTER (the person employed by the Golf Course and who sits at the 1st Tee) to organize when individuals or groups tee-off. This person will also now be called upon to schedule who hits at the 1st Tee practice net and when.
5. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ON-LINE SYSTEM GOES DOWN? IS THE CARD SYSTEM STILL
OPERATIONAL?
The DonalwayGolf on-line system provides the highway which moves information from the main computer to the First Tee Station. A constant watch is maintained by the First Tee Station to insure that the line between it and the main computer is always operational. When that line does not respond, the tee station automatically goes into stand-alone mode which allows it to continue even though the system is not operational. The tee-station continues to accept user cards and usage of the card holder is tracked and stored on the tee-station. Once the system is back online, First Tee-station automatically uploads the usage information back to the main computer where each and every user file is updated. The First Tee Station is capable of storing multiple days of usage without updating the main computer. This fail-safe backup insures maximum up time for the First Tee Station.

1. IF WE DON’T OWN THE EQUIPMENT WE’RE NOT INTERESTED…
Many ranges that have purchased automation in the past have been saddled with huge up-front capital costs in order to place an automated range. Unfortunately, many times the technology failed and usage was sporadic. As a result many owners were saddled with heavy debt and no way to offset the cost of ownership. As the manufacturer of an automated tee, DonalwayGolf backs their technology by underwriting the risk of the machines not performing. That means that if the technology fails DonalwayGolf loses their investment. In other words, DonalwayGolf has everything to lose and more to gain only if the technology performs. DonalwayGolf shoulders the risk … not the Range Owner.
2. IS A MINIMUM GUARANTEE JUSTIFIED?
All revenue generated by DonalwayGolf will be paid out of future earnings not upfront capital costs. Therefore if the technology does “not” work any chance of future returns will not be realized. Is a “minimum” guarantee worth the risk? Look at it as an insurance policy against non-performance. Besides, if an established range owner’s guarantee is based on percentage of the number of balls hit in past years, the minimum guarantee should not be an issue.
3. WHO OWNS THE EQUIPMENT USED FOR THE PROGRAM?
DonalwayGolf are the owners of all equipment supplied for the Revenue Share Program. As owners to the equipment, DonalwayGolf will upgrade the products supplied to satisfy a Golf Range’s continuous growth.
4. CAN THE AUTOMATED TEES BE PURCHASED?
No. DonalwayGolf offers a turnkey program that will fully automate a golf range. It’s the sum of the parts that provides the solution, not any one individual piece. If we were to sell the equipment separately, DonalwayGolf would only be providing a very small piece of the solution. This would undermine the true value of our offering.
5. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PURCHASE OF GOLF BALLS AND MATS FOR
THE RANGE?
All items which are consumables are considered to be the responsibility of the Range Owner. This includes all golf balls and mats which are constantly experiencing the wear and tear of everyday use.
6. DO YOU HAVE TO USE GOLF BALLS AND MATS SUPPLIED BY
DONALWAYGOLF?
It has been proven over the years that certain golf balls do not work well with our equipment. In order to insure that these incompatible balls do not feed our system, DonalwayGolf will supply all golf balls feeding the automated tees. This will insure that the quality of balls entering the units will be compatible with the installed system. DonalwayGolf will supply all Golf Balls used by the system. If these steps are “not” taken, an incompatible golf ball can create damages to equipment that will result in machine downtime that in turn results in lost revenue. The pricing for these Golf Balls are very competitive with comparable golf balls supplied by other vendors. The Mats used for the automated tees are proprietary and consistent with the specifications of the automated tee. These mats are of high quality and provide the golfer with a professional playing service to hit off. Pricing is very competitive with similar products of the same quality.
7. WILL DONALWAYGOLF INCLUDE THE COST OF GOLF BALLS AND MATS AS
PART OF THEIR OFFERING?
For those who want a maintenance free offering, DonalwayGolf has an option where they will provide an ongoing supply of balls and mats for the life of the contract. This option is charged by an additional fee added to the per ball charge made by DonalwayGolf. If this option is required please contact DonalwayGolf for how much more it will cost.
8. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ON-LINE SYSTEM GOES DOWN? IS THE CARD

The DonalwayGolf on-line system provides the highway which moves information from the main computer to each individual tee station. A constant watch is maintained by each and every tee station to insure that the line between it and the main computer is always operational. When that line does not respond, the tee station automatically goes into stand-alone mode which allows it to continue even though the system is not operational. Once the system is back online, each tee-station automatically uploads the usage information back to the main computer where each and every user file is updated. Each tee-station is capable of storing multiple days of usage without updating the main computer. This fail-safe backup insures maximum up time of each and every tee-station.

13. CAN THE DONALWAYGOLF SOFTWARE BE CHANGED?
DonalwayGolf will not make any changes to the software provided unless the changes made are adding value to the overall offering. If that were not the case, DonalwayGolf would be supporting multiple versions of the same product. This would be a support nightmare.
